Kari Wuhrer was born on April 28, 1967. She is an American performer and singer. The career of Wuhrer began when she was still a teenager. Her most well-known roles include Maggie Beckett, an actress in Sliders as well as Sheriff Samantha Parker from the horror comedy Eight Legged Freaks. Wuhrer is the daughter Karin Noble (nee Noble) and is a payroll accountant and German American Andrew Wuhrer (a officer and dealer in cars). She is the mother of three brothers and sisters. While she was a kid, Wuhrer sang at nightclubs and slipped out to sing. Following her studies in acting at the Wooster School at 13 years old, she studied drama in New York University's Tisch School of the Arts located at Marymount Manhattan College and Columbia University. She also studied at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts under renowned Uta Hagen. Born in Brookfield on the 28th of April, 1967. She is the daughter of the father of a German American and a mother who is German-American. Kari was born in a family of four. The singer was in nightclubs when she was a teenager sneaking out of the home to perform. Kari was first introduced to acting in Wooster school when she was thirteen, and went into drama school at the New York University's Tisch School of the Arts, Columbia University Marymount Manhattan College as well the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art under the renowned Uta Hagen. Kari got into acting while she was still in the teen years. Her first big breakthrough with MTV Remote Control in 1987.
