Harry Edward Styles (also known as Harry Styles in the music world) is a British composer and singer. Harry Styles was one of the founding members of One Direction. The parents of his son are Des Styles and Anne Cox. The couple were born on the 1st day of February, 1994, in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire. Harry Styles went to the Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School, together with his fellow classmates, formed a music band called White Eskimo. They won the 2009 Battle of Bands thanks to the excellent presentation they gave. The musician was always fascinated by music, but also wanted to pursue a career as an attorney, physiotherapist or even a scout. In order to support his family, he worked some time at a bakery. Harry Styles performed Is not She Lovely (Stevie Wonder) during the auditions in 2010 for The X Factor. Because of this, his band needed to be disbanded. The audition was held on The X Factor the jury Nicole Scherzinger suggested that Harry Styles be part of the group that was to be named One Direction along with Liam Payne Zayn Malik Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson. Simon Cowell sponsored the young group in the year 2010. They sang Kelly Clarkson's My Life Would Be Sucky without You and Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart during the contest, which allowed them to become the frontrunners to win the competition. However, they came in third behind Rebecca Ferguson. Harry Styles' group didn't place, but Cowell did pay two million dollars to One Direction for them to make a deal with Syco.
